Texas Oncology's website was in desperate need of an update. Staying within their existing brand standards, I freshened up the graphics, making them feel more friendly than your average healthcare website. Conceptually, the site speaks to Texas Oncology's local feel and Texas roots. Several Texas photographers were contacted to provide photos for pretty much every concievable region of the state to drive home the idea that TXO is whever you are. Beyond design, a lot of research went into this to help streamline the user experience. We distinguished exactly who was visiting the site and where each one needed to go. With that we developed the three personas, Patient, Caregiver, Referring Physician. Each of those leads directly to relevant content without the need to sift through tons of irrelevant informatinon. The site also serves as a launching point for a soft rebrand as design elements and the visual language from this site continue to drive the look and feel of additional materials, email templates, collateral, web banners, etc. www.texasoncology.com
